What locations do you ship to?

As an American business we ship domestic to the USA. World Wide shipping is available to most countries including Canada, Mexico and UK. 

 

Where can you not ship to?

Due to COVID and International Mail Service Suspensions there are locations which mail cannot be delivered at this time. We can still process digital items World Wide but will not be able to ship physical items to these locations. Since this is an ever-changing problem we are doing our best to stay informed and provide the best possible service to you. This website has up-to-date info on this issue. Orders placed for physical items within these areas will not be fulfilled at this time. We will contact you regarding this issue on your preferred method of resolution, either placing a hold on your order or a refund.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping to USA Continental states receive free shipping on orders over $150.

For bulk, wholesale or large orders please contact our sales team before placing your order so we can offer you the best prices for your bulk orders as our website does not calculate for these types of orders @ support@artistnerd.com

 

How long does an order take to arrive?

Our business model is to create products to order thus arrival time will take a bit longer than other generic bulk made stores. Each item has an estimated time for completion before being shipped. This time is in addition to the shipping time. Depending on the item, the typical delivery time frame after art completion, can range anywhere from 3-21 business days for standard shipping in the states. Total time being 7-28 business days from order placement to delivery. We offer Expedited Shipping available at check out for faster delivery than our standard shipping. Please contact our support team for Rush Orders at support@artistnerd.com for orders that need delivery sooner.

 

How long does the art take to complete in my order?

Since we offer both Digital Downloads and Physical Products the time for each product will vary. Below is a typical timeframe if there is no additional information needed for your order. Please make sure that you provide a working email at time of order to address any clarifications or unseen issues that may arrise with the image(s) you uploaded when placing your order so that your art will not be delayed. We suggest checking your email daily until you receive the "product completed" email or tracking number in your inbox.

Products that are not personalized or made-to-order typically take 2-5 business days for processing before becoming available for digital download or sent to ship. Shipping times are additional to this estimate.

Customs or Made-to-order Artwork may take up to 6 weeks for art completion and will be sent to you for final review. Depending on product(s) ordered after you review and approve final artwork product will become available for digital download or sent to ship. Shipping times are additional to this estimate. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Since we do many custom and personalized products the tracking information will be available once the item is completed and we are able to ship your order. You will receive the tracking number once your item(s) are complete and sent for shipping. You may also get multiple tracking numbers if you have multiple items in your order.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Every order will be sent with tracking numbers so you know when you will receive delivery and where your package(s) are. For high value orders you may be required to sign for your order or pick it up at the local post office to prevent lost packages. Sometimes, additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. We are not responsible for custom duties or import taxes for international orders.

If your order happens to get lost in transit we will do everything in our power to track down your package(s) and handle your issues as soon as possible. We cannot control the postal delivery service once the package leaves our warehouse but to protect you we insure packages and will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. We are not responsible for custom duties or import taxes for international orders. If unsure if your country charges import or custom duties on your order items please check with your customs/import office or website for additional details.

Are there any hidden customs fees, duties or import taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with relevant US taxes showing up in your shopping cart. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to foresee, pre-pay, or otherwise know if your country charges any import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes. We are sorry but these are your responsibility and are based on your country's regulations. You will have to pay any that are due for your order. The location and laws in your area are unique to your area. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
