In the rare event you are not satisfied with your product we have a 10-day return policy on all non-personalized products, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues with Products -
We are sorry your product arrived damaged! Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To speed the resolution of your issues please provide photographic proofs if possible. Sent your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, however, if received an incorrect production of your personalized product it may be exchanged for exact product if item received differs from item ordered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and when you can expect your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as we confirm your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Please allow 14-30 business days for the return to post to your account.

We strive to make your order perfect the first time, however, there are times that things do go wrong. To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please provide the details of your custom order (your emailed receipt will have the necessary information) so that we can have your product remade for you. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Your corrected item will be remade and then shipped back to you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
